Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who understands that the strength of the team is greater than any individual – someone who realizes that without mutual trust and respect, open communication, and synergy, there are no true, significant results.

A team member who will independently and responsibly take on their role, knowing how to organize their time and resources to always deliver concrete results and value for our members and the organization.

We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to admit when they don’t know something, but is always ready to constantly learn, acquire new skills, and adapt to challenges to ensure the job is always completed to the end.

We value a person who respects formal processes and structures, but is also focused on the essence – activities that bring measurable, verifiable, and long-term results.

A big plus goes to those who view digital tools (Google Calendar/docs/sheets/forms/slides, Slack, JIRA, etc.) and platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini not as stepping out of their comfort zone, but as sources of inspiration and ways to increase their own efficiency, always focused on creating better results and value for the team and our members.
