is an all-in-one cooking platform that enables visitors and editors to perform advanced searching, create, collect, and share recipes using a fast and intuitive user interface. Collaborating with the Index.hr team, we joined forces in defining the product strategy and system architecture. We further designed and developed the platform using an agile approach, simultaneously conducting regular DevOps rounds and user acceptance testing.

Sled Studio

specializes in the strategy, design, and development of custom web software for school management. Their focus is on the complete digitization of the daily operations of schools by transforming and centralizing operations, data/archives, processes, planning, and reporting into an efficient web platform. This platform aims to streamline and enhance the overall functioning of schools by providing a centralized and effective solution for various aspects of school management.

Nest360

is the first Montenegrin online real estate platform that offers a unique 360° view of properties with a 0.5% commission for sales and rentals. The revamped user experience allows visitors to easily search for properties, make selections, and view them firsthand in a 360° perspective. Additionally, each property comes with drawings created by experienced architects. Our team worked on the full-cycle development of the application, starting from product strategy and system architecture, through UX/UI design, development, all the way to testing and launch.
