ICT Cortex, a cluster with a primary focus on education, internationalization, and digital transformation, is in search of a new team member, a Community and event Manager who will assist us in creating and executing renowned ICT events, significantly contributing to strengthening the Cortex brand and the entire ICT community.
Our team communicates daily with over 45 member companies, as well as representatives from public institutions and the private sector. We work on daily growth and development, and the number of events annually is truly challenging, featuring numerous creative and dynamic elements that are a real test.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a Community and event Manager ready to execute numerous events, including humanitarian activities, community team-building, networking evenings, professional events, and high-level conferences.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with cluster members and partners
- Familiarity with digital platforms and event/community management tools
- A degree in marketing, economics, political science, communications, or related disciplines
What We Expect From You:
- Creation and implementation of a community development strategy, with a focus on increasing engagement and satisfaction among members
- Organization and management of various events, such as conferences, workshops, meetings, and networking evenings
- Coordination with the internal team and external collaborators to ensure proper event implementation
- Analysis of event results and reporting on achieved objectives
- Identification of new opportunities for collaboration and partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders
