Project Brief: The project contributes to the development, growth, and competitiveness of ICT Cortex cluster members by enhancing the managerial and leadership skills of directors/managers of IT companies. It is a one-year leadership program based on the Adizes methodology and can be immediately implemented within companies to achieve outstanding results in managing change, organizations, and human capital without destructive conflict. The program focuses on different management styles and provides a holistic approach to company management, with the aim of developing managers capable of creating exceptional organizations. The training includes two groups of 25 participants each, with monthly training sessions. Upon completion of the program, all participants will receive certificates.
