| Project Brief: | The need for a cluster agent became apparent after the first year of ICT Cortex’s operation. We received support in this field from the EBRD office in Montenegro. Following a diagnostic study, an education program was organized for the ICT Cortex executive office to develop the cluster’s business model and ensure the organization’s sustainability. All members of the office participated in the training, and after its completion, a testing phase was organized. All team members successfully passed the testing and received certificates. |
