| Project Brief: | Building upon the results of the first cycle of the Cortex Academy, the second cycle also included training for the development of soft skills. These are skills related to interacting with other people, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and other non-technical knowledge and abilities. They encompass communication (verbal and non-verbal), collaboration and teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, adaptability, creativity, critical thinking, motivation, empathy, flexibility. This program serves as an excellent complement to the technical courses offered by the Cortex Academy and is intended for the top candidates of the Cortex Academy, as well as employees of member companies who wish to enhance their technical knowledge with soft skills. The course plan and program will be tailored to each target group according to their needs and specificities. |
