| Project Brief: | Education is one of the cluster’s strategic goals aimed at addressing the issue of a shortage of qualified workforce and improving the employment prospects of IT professionals. This project focused on enhancing human resources, specifically the existing personnel within the IT companies that are members of the cluster, through professional certification of key employees. The education program was completed by 12 participants from 4 cluster member companies. The participants showed the most interest in AWS courses. After completing the courses, all participants had a period to prepare for successful certification exams and obtaining certificates. |
