StepUpWithCortex – Enhancing the Competitiveness of Small IT Companies in Montenegro

Project Brief:	The project aimed to contribute to the development, growth, and competitiveness of small IT companies in Montenegro, members of the ICT Cortex cluster, by improving the business skills of employees and providing necessary knowledge and competencies. The main activities focused on the development and implementation of education programs and advisory support. Among the end-users were 12 small IT companies that received support from qualified experts to enhance their institutional, organizational, and administrative capacities.
Key Activities:	Development and implementation of education programs on five topics: Business Communication, Project Management, Sales, Financial Management, and Leadership. Development and implementation of mentorship programs
