The creation and building of the capacity of an independent and inclusive association – ICT Cortex, which will focus on the growth of the ICT sector and the promotion of the industry, strengthening the innovation and R&D ecosystem, and working to connect all stakeholders (private, public, academic community, and non-governmental organizations) to collaborate on the digital transformation of Montenegrin society and the economy. |
| Key Activities: |
- Creation and building of the capacity of the ICT Cortex Association
- Establishment of governance bodies, assembly, and board of directors for the ICT cluster
- Procurement of necessary work and office equipment, office space rental
- Maintenance of the Executive Office, organization of board of directors and assembly meetings, and meetings of expert committees
- Implementation of activities to increase the number of association members
- Implementation of software solutions and the setup of the association’s digital infrastructure
- Design and development of the official website
- Definition and management of association promotion channels
- Licensing and software setup for financial records
- Provision and setup of a document management system (DMS)
- Launch of the first Montenegrin technology portal
- Organization of annual cluster conferences
- Internationalization
- Participation in and organization of meetings, hackathons, competitions, conferences
- Networking and connecting the IT community with all stakeholders in society (at the national, regional, and international levels)
- Networking and the creation of partnerships and consortia for applying to international, bilateral, and EU funds
- Contribution to the digital transformation of society and the economy
